How to start using NAKED mobile services?

Before you start, please keep in mind that NAKED only works with eSIM, so make sure your device supports this technology before signing up.

There are a few steps to start using NAKED mobile.

First off, you'd need to register and create an account. Please use a valid email address that you check regularly — we’ll send a one-time password there to help you access your account.

Next, fill in your personal details: your full name, date of birth, home address, and phone number. You’ll also need to provide a credit card number or IBAN for future payments.

To comply with legal requirements, you'll need to verify your identity using a valid ID document.
Once you’ve successfully registered and verified your identity, you’ll see a QR code in the Contract section of your account to activate your eSIM.

Just follow the instructions to scan the code, activate your eSIM, and you’re all set to start using NAKED mobile!

How can I pay for NAKED services?

You’ll receive an invoice at the end of each month, and you can pay using your bank card VISA or MasterCard or your IBAN. Just make sure there are enough funds on your account, and the payment will be automatically deducted. You’ll need to provide your payment details when setting up your personal account.

What is "Roam Like at Home"?

"Roam Like at Home" allows you to incur the same costs when traveling within the EU as you do at home. While in any "Roam Like at Home" country, you can make calls and browse the internet with your mobile line charged just as it would be in Germany — without any extra roaming fees. Note, the following countries are not included in this agreement: Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, and Switzerland are located in Europe. Calls and internet traffic in these countries will incur additional charges. If you plan to travel to any of these locations, please check the prices in the NAKED Roaming Calculator.
