Before you start, please keep in mind that NAKED only works with eSIM, so make sure your device (smartphone, tablet) natively supports this technology before signing up.

There are a few steps to start using NAKED mobile.

1. First off, you'd need to register and create an account. Please use a valid email address that you check regularly — we’ll send a one-time password there to help you access your account.

2. Next, fill in your personal details:

   • your full name
   • date of birth
   • home address
   • phone number
   • credit card number or IBAN for future payments

To comply with legal requirements, you'll need to verify your identity using a valid ID document.

Once you’ve successfully registered and verified your identity, you’ll see a QR code in the Contract section of your account to activate your eSIM.

Just follow the instructions to scan the code, activate your eSIM, and you’re all set to start using NAKED mobile!

To get started with NAKED, just create a personal account on our website. There, you'd be asked to provide some personal details:

• Your email address
• Full name
• Date of birth
• Home address
• IBAN or bank card number
• A valid ID for identity verification

That's it!

To join NAKED mobile and keep your existing phone number, simply sign up and get a new number from NAKED first. Once your contract with us is active, you can request to transfer your old number via your personal account.

You’ll be able to choose the timing of the transfer:

• On a specific date
• As soon as possible
• Or right after your current contract with your previous provider ends

At the moment, NAKED Mobile only offers eSIM, so physical SIM cards and delivery are not required. Everything is done online, quickly and conveniently - you don’t need to order an eSIM or visit a store. Right after a successful identity verification in your personal account, you’ll be able to activate your eSIM. In your account, you’ll receive a QR code for easy installation or the details for manual activation through your device’s settings. Before activation, please make sure your device supports eSIM.

At the moment, it’s not possible to have multiple numbers under one account. If you need more numbers, you’ll need to create separate accounts using different email addresses and activate a new eSIM for each one.

Currently, our system assigns a random number automatically during the registration process. Once your eSIM is activated, your number will appear in your personal account and will be your main contact number.

NAKED mobile welcomes all users who are 18 years old or older.

Please enter your current residential address, making sure it’s complete and accurate, including the country. Rest assured, your data will be kept private and won’t be used for spam or unwanted messages.

Here are a few things you can try:

• Check your inbox: look for an email with the subject "Confirm Your Email" — it contains your one-time password (OTP).
• Double-check your email address: make sure you entered it correctly when signing up at https://naked-mobile.de/
• Peek into your spam/junk folder: sometimes our emails sneak in there by accident
