Activating your eSIM is easy and just takes a few simple steps:

Make sure your device supports eSIM — you can usually find this in the device settings.

Check that your device has an internet connection, either via mobile data or Wi-Fi.

After completing the identity verification in your personal account under the Contract section, you'll receive a QR code and an activation link. Simply scan the QR code with your device’s camera or tap the activation link to get started.
Alternatively, you can activate the eSIM manually via your device settings.
For iPhone:
Go to Settings → Mobile Service → Add eSIM. You will be prompted to choose between Transfer From Nearby iPhone or Use QR Code. Select the option that applies to your situation.
For Android:
Go to Settings and, depending on the device, search for Mobile Data → Connections → Network & Internet → SIMs / SIM Manager → Add eSIM → Add more. Scan the QR code you see on this screen and follow the steps.

You can find the QR code and activation link in the Contract section of your personal account. If it’s not there, please double-check that you’ve completed the identity verification — the status should say DONE in the Contract section. Sometimes, simply restarting your browser can help too.

Activation typically takes just a few minutes. After verifying your identity, wait a moment for the QR code and activation link to appear in the Contract section of your account.
If you see your phone number listed in your personal account, that means your eSIM is ready to go — you can start using NAKED mobile services right away!
Right now, NAKED only offers services via eSIM. If your phone doesn’t support eSIM, unfortunately, we won’t be able to provide a physical SIM card at this time. But you might want to check out devices that are compatible with eSIM — there are options at various price points!
