How can I find out how much I currently owe for my services?

To see the current amount you need to pay for your mobile services, just log into your personal account and open the Traffic section. In the Total Cost line, you'll see the exact amount for all the services you've used this month — you don’t have to do any manual calculations.

This total includes all your expenses:

  • domestic traffic (including EU roaming),
  • international calls and SMS from Germany,
  • internet, calls, and SMS while roaming internationally,
  • calls to special numbers.

The data updates in real-time, so you always have the latest information on your expenses.

Just a quick note: information about international roaming charges might be delayed — sometimes up to 60 days. In such cases, these costs might be shown in your bill in one of the upcoming billing periods.

How can I see how much I’ve already spent on domestic traffic and EU roaming?

You can track your current usage in the Traffic section > Domestic Traffic INCL. EU ROAMING > Spent this month.

Calls and SMS
The phone service offers a fixed rate for calls and SMS:

  • within Germany — for all landline and mobile networks;
  • roaming within the EU — for calls and SMS between EU countries and Germany;

Please note: special numbers, call forwarding, and premium SMS are not included in this service. That’s why you’ll always see a line labeled Flat Calls/SMS in your usage details.

Internet
Your internet usage is shown in real-time — whether you're on your home network or using services while roaming under the "Roam Like at Home" conditions. For example, if you used 10 GB at home and 2 GB in France, it will be displayed like this:

  • Internet: 10 GB incl. 2 GB in EU.

How are the Estimated Expenses calculated?

In the Estimated Expenses section, you'll see the projected cost of your mobile services for the month — both for your home network and in the "Roam Like at Home" zone — based on the data volume you select and NAKED mobile rates.

Initially, the values in Estimated Expenses are the same as Spent This Month. To explore different scenarios, just move the slider to your desired gigabyte amount — and you'll see how the total cost changes.

This is a great tool for planning your budget: you can compare various usage options in advance and choose the internet volume that fits your needs and budget perfectly.

How to use the traffic slider to estimate my expenses?

The current position of the slider shows how many gigabytes of internet you've already used this month. This data updates automatically as you go — whether you're on your home network or in countries with "Roam Like at Home" conditions.

If you want to learn about your future costs for domestic traffic, just move the slider to the right to the desired amount of data. The Estimated Expenses will instantly show you the cost of mobile services for the month — including internet usage at home and abroad under "Roam Like at Home" — based on the selected data volume and NAKED mobile rates.

It’s a handy way to plan your budget: you can easily compare different usage options and choose the perfect data amount that fits your needs.

Can I set a data limit in advance to avoid going over my desired amount?

In your personal account, there’s no option to set specific limits — you only pay for what you use. But you’ll be notified before you enter a higher-cost zone.

If you’d like to set some limits on your data usage, it’s easy to do on your phone:

For Android:

Go to Settings → Network & Internet → Mobile Network → Data Limit. Set the desired amount and turn on Notifications or Auto-Disable.

For iPhone:

Go to Settings → Cellular → Data Options → Data Limit. Specify the maximum amount, activate Low Data Mode, and set the limit 10-15% below your plan — that way, you’ll always have some buffer.

This way, you can stay in control and avoid surprises!

Will international traffic be included in the same month’s bill or with a delay?

When you use services while roaming internationally, there might be a delay in receiving information about your data usage — sometimes up to 60 days. This happens because the foreign network operator doesn’t always send the data to your provider immediately. So, in some cases, charges for international data might appear on your invoice a bit later, not in the current month but in one of the upcoming ones.

All charges will be clearly listed on your bill, so you can easily see which period they cover. You're all set to keep track of your traffic without any stress!

How to optimize roaming costs?

What options are available to reduce the internet or calls/SMS expenses?

Right now, you can significantly optimize and lower your roaming costs with our packages and options for minutes, SMS, or gigabytes.

You can activate these in the Traffic section of your personal account — just select Data Usage in International Roaming or Calls/SMS in International Roaming. There, you'll see the available packages and options for your destination country. Depending on the country, you might find data roaming packages like 1 GB for seven days at €9.99, or a package of 120 minutes and SMS for seven days at €9.99.

The options are active starting from the moment of connection for seven days or until the end of the calendar month — whichever comes first.

For example:

  • If you activated an option on the 3rd at 3:00 PM, it will be active until the 10th at 3:00 PM.
  • If the option was activated on the 28th, it will only last until the last day of the month, even if seven days have not yet passed.

To maximize savings, we recommend using messaging apps instead of regular calls — that way, you stay connected without extra costs!

Please note: in some countries, these options might not be available. To check if packages are accessible in your destination country, use our roaming calculator on our website or see what's available in your personal account. If packages aren’t available there, consider alternative options like buying a local SIM card or using Wi-Fi whenever possible.
