eSIM activations takes a few steps:\
- Make sure your device supports eSIM: the information is usually specified in the device settings.\
- Check the internet connection – make sure your device has mobile data enabled or is connected to Wi-Fi.\
- After the identity verification in your personal account under the Contract section, you will receive a QR code and an eSIM activation link. Scan the QR code using your device’s camera, or click the activation link.
Alternatively, you can activate the eSIM manually via your device settings.
For iPhone:
Go to Settings → Mobile Service → Add eSIM. You will be prompted to choose between Transfer From Nearby iPhone or Use QR Code. Select the option that applies to your situation.
For Android:
Go to Settings and, depending on the device, search for Mobile Data → Connections → Network & Internet → SIMs / SIM Manager → Add eSIM → Add more. Scan the QR code you see on this screen and follow the steps.
