Nope! There are no activation fees — you only pay for the services you actually use.
You’ll receive an invoice at the end of each month, and you can pay using your bank card VISA or MasterCard or your IBAN. Just make sure there are enough funds on your account, and the payment will be automatically deducted. You’ll need to provide your payment details when setting up your personal account.
Currently, payments are made after the invoice is issued each month, so prepayment isn’t available – nor necessary! Just ensure your account has enough funds, and the amount will be automatically debited when the invoice is generated.
Linking your IBAN is simple — and you only need to do it once. This will allow us to process your payments automatically each month, so you won’t have to worry about it.
When adding your IBAN in your personal account, just make sure to enter it correctly. Your IBAN should start with a two-letter country code (for example, DE, FR, or ES), followed by a combination of letters and numbers, like this:

We currently accept IBANs from the following 35 countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States.
Once you’ve linked your IBAN, you’re all set — your payments will be processed automatically and securely.

Cards from American Express, Discover, Diners Club, China UnionPay (CUP), Japan Credit Bureau (JCB), and Cartes Bancaires are supported with some country-specific limitations.
