To keep you informed, we’ll send you SMS notifications as your usage increases. After the first 250 MB, we’ll alert you each time you're about to enter a new cost zone. It’s our way of helping you manage your spending easily.
Your tariff provides internet access in Germany and across the EU using 4G/LTE and 5G where available. This means you can enjoy streaming videos, playing online games, making video calls, and using data-intensive apps without worries!
The maximum download speed is up to 50 Mbit/s, and upload speeds can go up to 25 Mbit/s. These are the maximum capabilities; your actual speed might vary depending on your device and network coverage.
Once you’ve used 200 GB of data in a month, your internet will still work but at a slower speed—about 64 kbit/s — at no extra cost. This helps ensure fair access for everyone and prevents network overload. Even at reduced speeds, you can still browse the web and use online apps, but things like streaming videos or loading large files might take a bit longer.
It’s easy! Just log into your personal account and go to the Traffic section. There, you’ll find all the details about your data usage anytime you want to check and manage your consumption.
If you use 800 minutes for calls and 6 GB of mobile data within the EU including Germany, your total bill would be €9.99. With us, the billing is straightforward – you only pay for what you actually use. No surprises!
If you've used 22 GB of mobile data during the month while in Germany or any other EU country, your total charge will be €14.99.

The best part is, you don’t need to do a thing! There’s no need to manually add data packs. Just use the internet as you normally would. We recommend keeping an eye on your usage in the Traffic section of your personal account, and we’ll also send you SMS updates so you’re always in the know.
To ensure a great network experience for all our customers, we have a fair use policy. If you use more than 200 GB in a month, your speed will be reduced to 64 kbps for the rest of that billing cycle.
But don’t worry – we’ll send you an SMS to let you know when you’re approaching the limit and another one after it’s reached. Your speed will reset to full on the first day of your new billing month. Even at the reduced speed, you can still send messages and browse lightly.
We’ll always send you an SMS notification to keep you posted! After the initial 250 MB, you’ll receive alerts as you approach and then enter each new cost zone.
Helpful tip: If you're actively using data when crossing a zone, the SMS will arrive once that session finishes. For the most up-to-date info, you can always check your personal account. Our goal is to make sure you’re always informed and in control.
