All packs are valid for seven days from the moment of activation. The first day is always counted as a full day, regardless of the activation time, and on the seventh day the option remains active until 23:59.

What is the validity period of the pack?
Packs are active for seven days from the moment of activation. The first day is always counted as a full day, regardless of the time of activation, and on the seventh day the option is active until 23:59.
For example, if you activated the pack on the 3rd at 13:00, it will stay active for 7 full days plus the remaining hours of the activation day — meaning it will expire at the end of the 9th at 23:59:59.
When traveling abroad, simply send the command DATA7 via SMS to 70127. Once the message is sent, the option will be activated and you will receive a confirmation message. Please note that the option can only be activated in countries where it is available; if you send the command from a country where the option is not supported, you will receive an error message. Sending an SMS to 70127 is always free of charge, regardless of the country you are in.
You can also activate the option in your Personal Account. There are no restrictions, but the option will only work in countries where it is available.
First, we will send you an SMS when you have used 80% of the option’s volume.

Yes, you can activate multiple packs without waiting for the first one to be fully used. Each pack is valid for 7 days from the moment of activation. If the data is not used within this period, it will be forfeited.

If you are in such a country and still send an SMS with the command DATA7 to 70127, the option will not be activated, and you will receive an error notification stating that the option is not available or cannot be activated in that country.
The welcome message from 70127 is sent only once every 21 days, so if you travel frequently, the SMS may not arrive each time. However, you can always activate mobile internet yourself: send the command DATA7 to 70127 (sending is free worldwide) or activate the desired pack in your Personal Account. After successful activation, you will receive an SMS confirmation. Please note that the pack can only be activated in countries where it is available. If you activated your eSIM and traveled abroad on the same calendar day, the system may not have had enough time to process the change, and the welcome SMS with information about roaming rates and instructions on how to enable mobile internet might not have been delivered. As a result, you may not receive the usual guidance on how to connect to the internet while roaming. This is a temporary technical limitation that applies only on the first day after activating your eSIM.
No worries — you can easily activate the internet yourself: simply send the command DATA7 to 70127 (sending is free worldwide) or activate the desired pack in your Personal Account. After successful activation, you will receive an SMS confirmation. Please note that the pack will only be activated if it is available in the country you are currently in.
