Check your coverage. Verify that your destination country is covered by NAKED mobile using the NAKED Roaming Calculator.

Turn off Airplane Mode. Make sure flight mode is disabled, as it prevents data roaming from functioning.

Restart your device. Restart your phone to refresh network connections and resolve temporary issues.

Enable Mobile Data and Data Roaming. Go to your device settings and ensure both Mobile Data and Data Roaming are enabled. The exact locations vary but are usually found in Connections or Mobile Service.
Manually select a network:

iOS: go to your Settings app > Mobile service > Network selection > choose the network you want to be on.

Android: go to your Settings app > Connections > Mobile networks > choose the network you want to be on.
Note: It may take a few minutes for networks to appear after disabling automatic selection.

Check your APN Settings. If issues persist, verify your Access Point Name (APN) settings:
- Go to your phone’s Settings > Select Network Connections, Mobile Data or Mobile networks.
- Locate an option called APN or Access Point Names for NAKED mobile.
- Ensure the APN is correctly configured. The correct APN details are at web.vodafone.de. If incorrect or missing, add or edit the APN with the provided details.
