How can I pay for my services?

You can pay for your services using VISA or MasterCard bank cards, or via IBAN.

Simply log in to your personal account and go to the Payment method section. There, you can easily add one or more cards and/or an IBAN. You’ll also need to select your primary payment method — and you can change it at any time, even every month if you like.

Payments are automatically debited on the 6th of the month following the service month, from the card or IBAN you've set as your primary payment method. Please make sure your account has sufficient funds by that date.

If, for any reason, the payment cannot be processed from your primary method, we’ll automatically attempt to collect the payment from your other saved payment methods — so you don’t have to worry about missed payments.

When do I need to pay for the services?

We issue your invoice on the first day of each month for the services you used in the previous month. You can view it in your personal account under the Invoices section.

The payment will be automatically collected on the sixth day of each month from the bank card or IBAN you selected as your primary payment method. After the invoice is issued, you’ll always have five days to make sure there are enough funds in your account.

If there are not enough funds at the time of the first attempt, the system will automatically retry the payment until it is successfully processed.

How can I link my IBAN?

Linking your IBAN is simple — and you only need to do it once. This will allow us to process your payments automatically each month, so you won’t have to worry about it.

When adding your IBAN in your personal account, just make sure to enter it correctly. Your IBAN should start with a two-letter country code (for example, DE, FR, or ES), followed by a combination of letters and numbers, like this:
DE12 1234 1234 1234 1234 12

We currently accept IBANs from the following 35 countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Once you’ve linked your IBAN, you’re all set — your payments will be processed automatically and securely.

Can I link payment methods from any country, or are there geographical restrictions?

You can link VISA and MasterCard cards issued in the following 23 countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, the Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, San Marino, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom.

You can also link an IBAN from any of these 35 countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Croatia, the Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and the United States.

Cards from American Express, Discover, Diners Club, China UnionPay (CUP), Japan Credit Bureau (JCB), and Cartes Bancaires are supported with some country-specific limitations.

Not sure if your card will work? Simply go to your personal account and try adding it under Payment Methods. The system will check and let you know if your card is compatible.

How can I change my payment method from a bank card to an IBAN?

It’s very easy — you can do this directly in your personal account.

Simply switch your primary payment method from a bank card to an IBAN, and your next invoice will be paid using the IBAN you selected.

One of the great things about NAKED is the flexibility: you can have multiple payment methods saved — both bank cards and IBANs — and you decide which one to use for each payment. You can change your primary payment method anytime.

For example, if your primary method was a bank card and you switch it to an IBAN on the 17th of the month, your next invoice will be paid via the IBAN you selected.

Can I add multiple payment methods?

Yes, absolutely! You can link several payment methods — both bank cards and IBAN — in your personal account.

You can also add a new card or IBAN at any time, whenever it’s convenient for you. It’s quick and easy to manage your payment options in your Personal account.

Can I pay my invoice partially?

Partial payments are not supported — your invoice can only be paid in full.

If there are not enough funds in your account when we attempt to collect the payment, our system will automatically retry until the payment goes through successfully.

Please make sure that your payment method has sufficient funds by the 6th of each month, when we process payments.
