Your monthly invoices are always available in your personal account — simply go to Invoices / Outstanding or Paid Invoices.
The invoice for the previous calendar month is published on the first of the following month. Payment is then automatically debited from your bank card or IBAN on the sixth of that month.
You can easily review all the invoice details in your personal account. Plus, we’ll also send the invoice to your email — so you’ll always have it on hand!
We’ll issue your invoice on the first day of each month. The payment will then be automatically charged on the 6th of the following month — giving you five days to make sure your payment method has enough funds.
You don’t need to do anything — we’ll automatically charge the bank card or IBAN you’ve provided.
And if there aren’t enough funds when we try to charge your account, don’t worry: the system will automatically retry the payment several times to give you a chance to complete it.

Don’t worry — we’ll keep you updated!
Every first day of the month, your new invoice will appear in your personal account under Invoices / Outstanding Invoices.
We’ll also send you a reminder by email so you won’t miss it.
It’s very easy! In your personal account, you can always see the payment status of your invoices:
- Paid invoices will appear in the Invoices / Paid Invoices section and will have the status PAID.
- Unpaid invoices will be listed under Invoices / Outstanding Invoices with the status UNPAID.
This way, you can quickly check which invoices have already been settled and which ones are still due — everything is clearly organized for your convenience!
No — we want to help save paper and protect the environment. That’s why we don’t send invoices by post.
But don’t worry: you can easily view all your invoices in your personal account anytime.
For your convenience, your invoices will remain available in your personal account for six months.
You can view them anytime during this period — it’s an easy way to keep track of your payments whenever you need.
If you miss two consecutive payments, NAKED mobile reserves the right to restrict your services starting from the 15th day of the month in which the second unpaid invoice was issued.
From this date, only incoming calls (including while you’re in a Roam Like at Home country), SMS, and emergency calls will remain available. If the outstanding balance is still not cleared, from the 22nd day of the same month, all services will be fully blocked — except for emergency calls.
In addition to temporary service restrictions, we’ll also report the outstanding debt to the Schutzgemeinschaft für allgemeine Kreditsicherung (Schufa), which may impact your credit rating and future credit opportunities. Your case may also be forwarded to a debt collection agency for further recovery.
Example:
On August 1st, you receive an invoice for July for €53. You do not pay it in August. On September 1st, another invoice for August (€70) is issued, along with a notification that your services may be restricted if the invoices remain unpaid.
If no payment is received, starting September 15th your services will be partially restricted — only incoming calls (including Roam Like at Home), SMS, and emergency calls will remain available. From September 22nd, your services will be fully blocked except for emergency calls.
In some cases, if you fail to pay your outstanding balance by the end of the month in which the second unpaid invoice was issued, NAKED mobile may also terminate your contract automatically.
We will send you a reminder one month before the possible termination, giving you a chance to settle your balance and keep your contract active. If the payment is not received, your contract will be terminated, and the debt will be reported to Schufa and forwarded to a debt collection agency.
Example:
On June 1st, you receive an invoice for May for €2.99. If you do not pay it in June, another invoice for June (€6.99) will be issued on July 1st. You’ll also receive a notification that if the invoices are not paid by the end of July, your contract will be terminated starting from August 1st.
