- Number Management — in the Contract section, you can transfer your number from a previous operator and track its activation status.
- Changing Payment Method — in the Payment Method section, you can quickly update your bank card or IBAN for automatic billing.
- Expense and Usage Monitoring — in the Traffic section, you'll find all key information about your service usage. You can track your consumption in real time and plan your expenses accordingly.
- Invoices — all your bills are collected in this section for easy access.
- Activating Roaming Options — in the Traffic section, you can find additional packages to save money when traveling abroad.
Your Personal Account is a reliable and user-friendly tool for full control over your mobile services: simple, transparent, and always at your fingertips.
Easy! Just go to the Payment Method section in your account anytime and update it. Your next bill will be paid from the new bank details.
You’ll find it right at the top, just below your name.
You can see invoices from the last 6 months in the Invoices section.
You can update your first name, last name, date of birth, and contact phone number — but only before we verify your identity. Once verified, your personal details are locked in.
Please note: your home address can’t be changed.
No worries! To get in, just enter the email you used when signing up, and then check your email for a special confirmation code. If you don’t see it, double-check that you entered the right email address.
