Your contract may be automatically terminated by NAKED mobile if you repeatedly fail to pay your invoices — specifically, if you miss two or more payments.
We’ll notify you one month before the contract is terminated. In this notice, we’ll ask you to settle your outstanding balance.
If the payment is not made within a month of this warning, the contract will be unilaterally terminated by us.
Example:
On June 1st, you receive an invoice for May in the amount of €2.99.
You do not pay it during June.
On July 1st, you receive another invoice — this time for June, for €6.99 — along with a notification that if both invoices are not paid by the end of July, your contract will be terminated on August 1st.

Yes, absolutely. According to the terms of our agreement, we are obliged to notify you at least one month in advance if your contract is going to be terminated.
You will receive this notification by email, and it will include all the necessary information.
A notification about the scheduled contract termination will also be displayed in your personal account, and the contract status will change from "Active" to "Termination Planned."
To avoid contract termination, you can have only one outstanding invoice at most.
If you pay all invoices except the most recent one, your contract will not be terminated.
To avoid contract termination, it's important to pay your invoices on time.
On the payment date — the sixth day of each month — your chosen payment method must have sufficient funds. If there are not enough funds, the system will automatically attempt to collect the payment again until it succeeds.
If you’ve missed two consecutive payments and received a warning about possible contract termination, try to pay at least the first unpaid invoice as soon as possible — and definitely before the specified deadline. If you manage to do that, your contract will remain active and won’t be terminated.
To prevent any further inconvenience, we strongly recommend settling any outstanding payments as soon as you can. You can do this in the Payment Method section of your Personal Account — make sure your current payment method has enough funds or add a new one.
If you’ve received such a warning, it means that you're approaching the limits set by NAKED mobile’s Excessive Usage Policy.
According to this policy, in order to ensure a high-quality experience for all customers and to prevent automated activity, exceeding 3,000 minutes and/or SMS within a calendar month may result in unilateral termination of your contract without further notice.
We recommend reducing the number of calls and/or messages after receiving this warning to avoid possible termination of your contract.
