NAKED mobile is a postpaid contract. You enjoy the services as much as you need, and then you receive and pay your bill at the end of the month.
NAKED mobile is designed for individuals, so at the moment it’s not available for corporate or business customers.
You can find and download your contract anytime in your personal account — it's always accessible whenever you need it.
Yes! Your contract will automatically renew each month unless you let us know that you want to end it, and all your bills are paid. It’s a simple and hassle-free process!
Not automatically. If you don’t need the service for a while, just don’t use it — your contract stays active, and everything remains ready for when you need it again! Just remember, this only applies if all your bills are paid on time.
There’s no need to suspend your contract! If you temporarily don’t need our services, simply don’t use them — your contract stays active, and when you’re ready to reconnect, everything will be set up for you. Best of all, there’s no extra charge for this — just make sure all your bills are paid.
To ensure a high-quality experience for all users and to protect against automated activity, NAKED mobile has implemented an Excessive Usage Policy. If your usage exceeds 3,000 minutes and/or SMS per calendar month, your contract may be terminated without prior notice.
The limit of 3,000 minutes and/or SMS includes:
- National voice and SMS traffic (to fixed and mobile networks within the country)
- Calls and SMS from EU countries to other EU countries
If your usage reaches 2,800 minutes and/or SMS, you will receive an SMS alert notifying you of high consumption. If usage continues and exceeds 3,000 minutes and/or SMS within the same month, we reserve the right to unilaterally terminate the contract.
A notification will also appear in your personal account.

The contract runs for one calendar month. It automatically renews each month until it's terminated by either party. If you decide to cancel the contract yourself, no advance notice is needed. Simply submit a request in your personal account. If NAKED mobile needs to terminate the contract, we will provide one month's advance notice.
