eSIM (embedded SIM) is a small chip embedded in your device that works like a regular SIM card, but it's completely digital. We simply provide you with an eSIM profile that you need to install on your smartphone.

You don’t need to order an eSIM or visit a store — everything is done online, quickly and conveniently. Right after a successful identity verification in your personal account, you’ll be able to activate your eSIM. In your account, you’ll receive a QR code for easy installation or the details for manual activation through your device’s settings.
Before activation, please make sure your device supports eSIM.
Many smartphones today support eSIM. If you're unsure, you can check the information online or consult with your device’s manufacturer.
The number of eSIMs you can add to a single device depends on the model:
- On most iPhone models, you can store up to 8 eSIMs, but only two can be active at the same time — for example, one physical SIM and one eSIM, or two eSIMs.
- On Android devices, the capabilities vary by manufacturer. Some support two eSIMs simultaneously, while others only support one. You can check the exact number in your phone’s settings or on the manufacturer’s website.
No worries at all! We don’t ask for long-term commitments or prepaid contracts. You simply sign up and use the service for as long as you need. When you no longer need the service, you can just stop using it — no extra charges. And if you wish, you can cancel the contract at any time, hassle-free!
Right now, eSIM is only available for smartphones and tablets, so you can't use it for your smartwatch just yet. But we're always working on new features, so stay tuned!
You can't use one eSIM simultaneously on multiple devices. Only one eSIM can be active on a single device at a time.
However, you can always transfer it to another device! Unlike many other networks, our eSIMs are reusable — you can easily switch it between phones, almost like a regular SIM card!
Before activating the eSIM on a new device, make sure to delete it from your old one. That’s the only way you’ll be able to activate it on your new device.
To activate on a new device, you'll need the сonfirmation сode / the code from the service provider, which is sent to your email in a message titled "Confirmation Code for eSIM Activation." If you didn’t save or accidentally deleted that email, just click “Send the confirmation code again” in your personal account — the code will be resent to your email.
Currently, NAKED mobile only offers services using eSIM. If your device doesn’t support eSIM, unfortunately, you won’t be able to use our network with a physical SIM card at this time.
