1. Scan the QR code
You can scan the QR code immediately — just use the camera on your phone where you're activating the eSIM. After scanning, you'll be automatically redirected to activate your eSIM.
Alternatively, you can activate via QR code through your device's menu.
On your iPhone, go to Settings → Mobile Data → Add Data Plan → Use QR Code. Then follow the on-screen instructions.
On your Android device, go to Settings. Depending on your device, look for Connections, Network & Internet, or Mobile Networks. Then go to SIMs or SIM Card Manager, tap Add, Add SIM, or Add Mobile Plan. Сhoose Scan QR Code, then scan the QR code displayed on this screen and follow the on-screen instructions.
If you're opening your personal account on your phone and can't scan the QR code directly, here are a couple of tips:
- Share the QR code: tap Share QR Code → Contract → Electronic SIM card → EASY HACK FOR eSIM ACTIVATION, and send the image to another device.
- Take a screenshot of the QR code and send it to another device (via email or messenger).
- Use another device to open your personal account , like a PC or another phone. On your mobile, select the option “ACTIVATION FOR ANOTHER DEVICE.”
2. Enter the 6-digit confirmation code / code from the service provider — this was sent to your email in a message titled "Confirmation Code for eSIM Activation."
If you're accessing your account from a mobile phone, the confirmation code will also appear on the screen — you can easily copy it from there.
If you didn't receive the code or accidentally deleted the email, click "Send the confirmation code again" in your personal account — it will be resent to your email. Enter the 6-digit code to complete your eSIM activation.

On Android:
- On your Android device, go to Settings. Depending on your device, search for Connections, Network & Internet or Mobile Networks.
- There, go to SIMs or SIM Card Manager. Tap Add, Add SIM or Add Mobile Plan.
- Сhoose Scan QR Code, but instead of scanning the QR code, select Enter Activation Code or Enter Activation Code manually.
- Copy the Activation Code from your personal account and paste it into the appropriate field on your device.
Next, enter the 6-digit code to complete your eSIM activation — this was sent to your email in a message titled "Confirmation Code for eSIM Activation."
