The QR code needed to set up your eSIM is available in your personal account under the Contract / Electronic SIM card section after successfully completing identity verification. To activate eSIM, follow the steps below:
1. Scan the QR code
You can scan the QR code immediately — just use the camera on your phone where you're activating the eSIM. After scanning, you'll be automatically redirected to activate your eSIM.
Alternatively, you can activate via QR code through your device's menu.
On your iPhone, go to Settings → Mobile Data → Add Data Plan → Use QR Code. Then follow the on-screen instructions.
On your Android device, go to Settings. Depending on your device, look for Connections, Network & Internet, or Mobile Networks. Then go to SIMs or SIM Card Manager, tap Add, Add SIM, or Add Mobile Plan. Сhoose Scan QR Code, then scan the QR code displayed on this screen and follow the on-screen instructions.
If you're opening your personal account on your phone and can't scan the QR code directly, here are a couple of tips:
- Share the QR code: tap Share QR Code → Contract → Electronic SIM card → EASY HACK FOR eSIM ACTIVATION, and send the image to another device.
- Take a screenshot of the QR code and send it to another device (via email or messenger).
- Use another device to open your personal account , like a PC or another phone. On your mobile, select the option “ACTIVATION FOR ANOTHER DEVICE.”
2. Enter the 6-digit confirmation code / code from the service provider — this was sent to your email in a message titled "Confirmation Code for eSIM Activation."
If you're accessing your account from a mobile phone, the confirmation code will also appear on the screen — you can easily copy it from there.
If you didn't receive the code or accidentally deleted the email, click "Send the confirmation code again" in your personal account — it will be resent to your email. Enter the 6-digit code to complete your eSIM activation.
- Follow the instructions on your device's screen to finish setting up your eSIM.
- Sometimes, a device restart may be required for changes to take effect.
With us, you only pay for what you actually use. If you don’t use our service at all during a month, there’s no fee for that month.
The cost of your services depends on how much data you use each month. You can find out more about our tariffs here or in the table below.

Outgoing calls and SMS are unlimited for all tariffs except the zero cost zone. Please note, SMS to premium-rate numbers are charged separately.
The zero cost zone only includes incoming SMS messages — so you can receive important notifications for free. However, if you receive a call, make an outgoing call of any length, send an SMS, or use even 1 KB of data, a fee of €2.99 will apply.
To help you tariff ahead, we’ll send you an SMS notification before your tariff moves to a higher cost zone.
Roaming within the EU is already included in your tariff and doesn’t cost extra. You can see the list of countries covered by "Roam Like at Home" here. For more details on roaming conditions, visit the Roaming section. Just a quick note: if you're in Germany, calls to other countries — including EU countries — are billed according to international rates.
"Roam Like at Home" allows you to incur the same costs when traveling within the EU as you do at home. While in any "Roam Like at Home" country, you can make calls and browse the internet with your mobile line charged just as it would be in Germany — without any extra roaming fees. For more details, please see the ROAM LIKE AT HOME IN EUROPE section.
Note, the following countries are not included in this agreement: Andorra, Monaco, San Marino, and Switzerland are located in Europe. Calls and internet traffic in these countries will incur additional charges. If you plan to travel to any of these locations, please check the prices in the NAKED Roaming Calculator.
